The flowers weren't cheap, but they were worth it! my girlfriend said they were the most gorgeous flowers she has ever received (and we aren't young spring chickens! lol). I called to check-in on delivery and the lady couldn't have been nicer over the phone. A wonderful experience and would definitely use them again!

Galena Forest Flowers is not just the best florist in Reno, maybe it's the best florist in the country. You do pay a bit more, but to me, it's worth it. When I give these bouquets as gifts, folks are blown away at the diversity of flowers and the gorgeous arrangements.

The actual design & temperament of florals will closely represent the photo. Occasionally, substitutions of floral stems or containers happen due to weather, seasonality & market conditions which affect availability. If this is the case with the florals you’ve selected, we will ensure the composition, theme and color palette of your arrangement is represented and we will only substitute product of equal or higher value.

We utilize delivery routing software similar to UPS/Amazon/FedEx. Deliveries are typically made within a 10am-5pm window. If you would like to request a delivery before a specified timeframe, please select the "Timed or Rush Delivery" add on ($25) to enable our Delivery Driver to prioritize your delivery outside of the optimized route.
All floral sales are final. We are not able to accommodate returns or offer refunds for live floral product.
