We were coming to Reno to visit our kids and grandkids and I wanted to send flowers to our two daughters-in-law. The website is super user-friendly, I ordered right online and Galena Forest Flowers delivered to each on the days I requested. No fuss. And I was able to see the finished product. Just beautiful arrangements. The ladies were so happy with them. Quality business all around.

The flowers were great! My only beef is when it comes to the payment portion, you guys add an amount to the tip portion of the bill even if the order was to be picked up. You did not give me a choice about it. Please do something about it for pick up orders. Thanks.
