These flowers turned out gorgeous. They are so unique and truly are beautiful. I've ordered many flowers from several different shops in Reno and these upon first arrival were absolutely spectacular. I'm taking a star off because my mom received the flowers yesterday and today several (six to be exact) have already severely wilted and are dying (two are completely dead). She watered them right before bed, first thing in the morning and has checked them all throughout the day. We are trying to figure out why and we think perhaps the vase used is just too shallow to substantiate that big of a bouquet. Or perhaps it's just luck of the draw with each flower. Either way we are saddened to have that many flowers down the very next day upon receiving them. We utilize delivery routing software similar to UPS/Amazon/FedEx. Deliveries are typically made within a 10am-5pm window. If you would like to request a delivery before a specified timeframe, please select the "Timed or Rush Delivery" add on ($25) to enable our Delivery Driver to prioritize your delivery outside of the optimized route.
All floral sales are final. We are not able to accommodate returns or offer refunds for live floral product.
