In some instances, our photos may reflect an overall design style or aesthetic & might include a vessel which may not be in inventory.
The actual design & temperament of florals will closely represent the photo. Occasionally, substitutions of floral stems or containers happen due to weather, seasonality & market conditions which affect availability. If this is the case with the florals you’ve selected, we will ensure the composition, theme and color palette of your arrangement is represented and we will only substitute product of equal or higher value.

We utilize delivery routing software similar to UPS/Amazon/FedEx. Deliveries are typically made within a 10am-5pm window. If you would like to request a delivery before a specified timeframe, please select the "Timed or Rush Delivery" add on ($25) to enable our Delivery Driver to prioritize your delivery outside of the optimized route.
All floral sales are final. We are not able to accommodate returns or offer refunds for live floral product.
To request cancellation of a confirmed order please contact us 24hrs prior to the delivery date directly at 775-499-5290. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
